The patent pending Multi Flow Series (MFS) Float System was designed to correct the limitations of current single point systems, while including the best features of each. The system can be used on flooded industrial batteries, deep cycle golf cart batteries and on flooded stationary batteries.

Features & Benefits of the MFS System:

Low Profile Float - The height of our float head is among the lowest available in the industry. Battery cables will not catch on the float head.
Protective Helmet - Our helmet shields the top of the float from dirt, protects it from impacts and the sloped design further protects it from any sort of battery cable damage.
Protective Cage - Our float is shrouded by a protective cage. A buckling moss plate cover can not push our float shut and dry out a cell.
Wide Pressure Range - We use a 15psi pressure regulator on our system. Higher water pressure can easily be regulated down to our operating pressure. Gravity filling is also possible. Due to this wide pressure range, an infinite number of floats can be hooked together having one fill point.
Flame Arrestors Standard - Each Float comes with 2 flame arresters already installed. This prevents sparks from entering the battery cell and causing a cell to explode. Other companies have this as an option, we include them as standard.
Inherent Water Trap - Each float has a small water trap similar to your kitchen sink. This prevents Hydrogen gas from migrating into the tubing and possibly allowing multiple cells to explode.
Clampless Tubing - We use a small diameter tubing that won't kink. The clampless connections make for easy installations.
Swivel Connector - Our barbed tubing connector swivels to allow tubing to weave in and out of intercell covers. This also simplifies installations.
Made in the USA - All of our products are made in the USA.
Inexpensive - The MFS System costs, on average, less than any other competitive systems on the market.

Three standard float fill levels are currently available for industrial applications. These cover standard industrial batteries without a raised cell neck, standard industrial batteries with a raised cell neck and batteries with excessive level changes during charging. A product specifically for Golf Cart applications is also available. The fill plug for the GNB Flat Plate Battery will be available shortly. Custom fill levels are easily provided for batteries in fast charge applications and/or flooded stationary batteries.

Floats are available in 6, 9, 12, 18, 20 and 24 cell kits. Other larger kit configurations, for mining applications as an example, can be quoted on a custom basis. Please contact us with any questions.
